DIS Stockholm - Summer 2021 

Our summer calendar makes it easy to mix and match sessions between Copenhagen and Stockholm and stay for the amount of time that is right for you. Choose from three-, four-, or seven-week sessions, or combine sessions to stay up to 10 weeks. You can earn up to 12 credits over your summer. Below are the DIS Stockholm Courses. Use Europe as your classroom when on week-long Study Tours during Sessions 2, Session 3, and the Architecture & Design Session. Study Tours help contextualize your understanding of topics while in a relevant European destination.

DIS offers you transparent, comprehensive fees with no hidden costs. Tuition includes housing, Study Tours (if offered in your session), Field Studies, textbooks, local commuting costs, transportation between DIS locations for students studying in consecutive sessions, and an Arrival Workshop.

Lab & Research Session
6 Weeks | 6 Credits | May 25 - July 3

In this signature summer session, enroll in lab or research opportunities that include:
  • 6 weeks in Copenhagen or Stockholm
  • Invaluable international lab experience focusing on climate change, simulations of biomedical procedures, or neurodegeneration modeling
  • Joining an engaged community of scholars across various disciplines to collaborate on their research projects as a Research Assistant

Budget Information:
To calculate an estimate of the total cost of your program, use the Cost Estimate Template.xlsx and do the following:
1. Go to the DIS website, https://disabroad.org/copenhagen/semester/programs/ , and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Tuition and Fees under the DIS column.
2. Click on the appropriate year and term of your program.  The cost listed under the Total column is the cost of your tuition and housing.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and add the expenses listed under Estimated Additional Expenses.
4.  In addition to these fees, add the following costs to arrive at your total cost
 
  • Application fee - $65
  • Study Abroad Administrative fee - $460
  • WSU Laptop fee (semester students only) - $485
  • Passport ($140)
