Embark on the experience of a lifetime that will provide a lifetime of experiences! Enjoy a custom internship in a city that uniquely combines business and beaches. Join our Intern in Barcelona program to gain relevant, career-oriented experience while enjoying the best of this vibrant, multi-faceted city: Spanish cultural immersion, proximity to a coastline of white sand beaches, and an exciting, cosmopolitan city that never sleeps. A strong internship support structure, with mentorship meetings over coffee, networking events, and workshops help you maximize your internship and prepare you to frame the experience on your resume. Even better, your placement connects you with locals so you can choose to go all in on the Spanish immersion, or take a break with your American cohort.

Budget Information:
To calculate an estimate of the total cost of your program, use the Cost Estimate Template and do the following:
1. Go to the CIS website, https://www.cisabroad.com/ , click on Find Your Program in the upper left hand corner and navigate to your program.
2. Once in the desired program, click “Fees & Dates”.  This is the cost of your tuition and housing.
3. In the gray box on the right, select “additional expenses”. Then, select if your program is a semester, summer, or internship. On the bottom of this spreadsheet, select the “additional expenses” tab to break down the estimated costs of meals, supplies, travel, visa, and personal expenses.
4.  In addition to these fees, add the following costs to arrive at your total cost
 
  • Application fee - $65
  • Study Abroad Administrative fee - $460
  • WSU Laptop fee (semester students only) - $485
  • Passport ($140)
